In Hoa Lu you'll find the kingdom of King Dinh,

King Dinh lived here 1000 years ago. There are magnificent temples that have passed the war and the ravages of time. There has obviously been a lot more of them but what remains is definitely worth a visit.

According to the legend, there were two great kings and one killed the other because he took his wife, so they where named after it, the good king and a wicked king. But in reality the bad king was not that bad.

They both have their temples here and it is not far to walk between them. The place is beautiful and well attended by the people here.

People here might be offended if you don’t shield your shoulders and sometimes if you show to much of your legs.
