Registration fee

60$ for travels up to 600$, 120$ for travels between 601$-1200$, 200$ for travels between 1201$-1900$ and 250$ for travel over 1900$. Higher deposit may occur. By paying the registration fee within 10 days you confirm the agreement and your place in the journey and the conditions for your tour. Final payment shall be made to us not later than 30 days before departure.

Cancellation insurance

can be bought at most of our trips. The price is 20$ for travel up to 600$, 40$ for travels between 601-1200 - and 65$ for travel up to 2500$. For tours above 2500$ the cost of cancellation is 120$.
For some travels separate rules announced at the time of booking. Event Tickets are not covered by cancellation insurance, cancellation insurance and signed at the time of booking and paid together with registration fee. If you cancel without cancellation may result in costs. Therefore we recommend you before booking a trip that you have adequate cancellation insurance.

The passenger

is responsible to observe the necessary formalities for the journey implementation, eg. Possession of valid passports, visas, vaccinations and insurance. Note that many countries require that your passport must be valid for at least 6 months after return. The passenger is also responsible for checking that the correct name and billing address indicated on the booking confirmation and travel documents. The name must conform to the passport.

Special requests

As special food or room location must be supplied at booking time. Travel Base will, where possible do everything to satisfy your desires, but we cannot guarantee that they can be met.Nowadays, in some places we are not allowed to drive into the old city's historic centers by bus or even taxi, so it may occur that you have to do some walking.
Those who have special needs, problem walking, or need of special diet food or similar must announce this at the time of booking. Travel Base can not be responsible for disabled passengers who can not manage without assistance and our tour guide must allocate their time between all the participants on the trip. If you have special need inform uss when booking the tour in most cases we can taylor made a tour to meet your demand.

Hotel Standard

is defined by number of stars, judged according to its respective standard in the country.

Cancel a journey

If you must cancel the trip because you or your loved ones are affected by accident or illness we will pay back the entire amount paid except for a handling fee that is  equal to the  registration fee.
 If you cancel the trip, the following special conditions:
• In the event of cancellation earlier than 30 days before arrival in Vietnam repaid the entire amount paid except for a handling fee equal to the registration fee.
• In the event of cancellation later than 30 days but no more than 14 days prior to arrival, cancellation is 50% of the total service price.
• In the event of cancellation later than 14 days prior to arrival, cancellation is 80% of total trip price
• In the event of cancellation later than 48 hours prior to arrival are 100% cancellation of the trip's total price.

Travel guarantee

General information on travel guarantee: Organizers and distributor of travel packages are required to provide security under the Travel Act (1972:204) of Kammarkollegiet. The guarantees are for passengers to get financial compensation and repatriation travel is canceled or interrupted.
